Since 1988 Lucas has participated in numerous projects including group and solo exhibitions and installations across the globe.

He has been involved in several hot glass facilities and previously owned The Liquid Glass Gallery, one of Australia's premiere glass art galleries.
Lucas has also taught glass making both in Australia and Japan.

2010 core focus is directed at collaboration with leading architects, designers, and construction industry to produce outstanding works for special environments.
